Shish Tawook


Ingredients:

1/2 kg chicken breast sliced cubes using chef knife
1 cup yoghurt using silicone measuring cups.
2 tablespoons mustard using 5 measuring spoons.
2 tablespoons ketchup using 5 measuring spoons.
1 tablespoon paprika using 5 measuring spoons.
1 tablespoon cardamom using 5 measuring spoons.
1 teaspoon vegetable oil using 5 measuring spoons.
1 teaspoon sumac using 5 measuring spoons.
1 teaspoon ginger using 5 measuring spoons.
1 teaspoon cinnamon using 5 measuring spoons.
1 tablespoon grenadine molasses using 5 measuring spoons.
Sliced vegetables ( green pepper , onion , tomato ,eggplant ) using slicer knife on cutting board .

Directions:

mix all the above mentioned ingredients using spatula , then add chicken slices , leave it in refrigerator 3 hrs .
then steak chicken pieces , vegetables pieces alternatively using skewers .
then heat little amount oil griller and add chicken skewers , and turn it after 10 min till tender.

Serve it hot with salads.

You can make the same spicy for meat & fish.
