Sliced beef with pepper and mushrooms

Ingredients (3servings)

- 380 g beef steak
- 20 g sesame seed
- 2 orange peppers (paprika), sliced
- 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 150 g little tomatoes, cut in two
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ginger (powder)
- cayenne pepper (powder)
- black pepper

Directions:

- marinade: mix the mustard, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, olive oil, ginger powder, cayenne pepper (powder) and black pepper together
- slice the beef and mix with the marinade, put a side for a few minutes
- heat up a pan and fry the orange peppers and onion
- after a few minutes add the mushrooms
- after another few minutes add the tomatoes. Season with fresh black pepper and salt. Just fry for max two minutes
- fry the steak and the marinade together with the sesame seeds
