STUFFED FISH IN OVEN BAGS

INGREDIENTS :


1- Oven Bag, Large Size
2- 2 fish meduim size ( Hamour )
3-  Onion , Tomato , Green pepper and Lemon .
6- 1/2 teaspoon salt , 2 teaspoon black pepper ,  1 teaspoon Garlic powder , you can add Paprika as well
7 – Maje
8 – Soya Sauce .
9 – Olive Oil

Preparation:

After cleaning the fish very well , Place them in a large pot , add Soya sauce  , Pepper , Garlic, Lemon Juice ,Paprika and Salt , Keep them as much as you can ( 3 hours is fair enough ) .

Make the stuffing :

Cut the onion , Tomato and the green pepper into small pieces .
Mix them in a frying pan with 2 spoons of Oil ,  1/2 spoon of salt ,and 1 cube Maje, flip them for 4 minutes only .
Place the Stuffing mixture inside the fish ,  , place the 2 fish inside the oven bag , add the remaining of the mixture to the top of the fishes .
Add  fresh onion slices , Tomato slices and Green pepper slices  inside the oven bag , on the top of the fish .
BAKE  30 to 35 minutes , until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
Serve them with the baked vegetables , same as they are .
