Raw Apple & Blueberry Pie

A light nutritious guilt free dessert !

For the crust:

1 cup almonds, soaked for 4 hours
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
1/8 cup olive oil

For the filling:

4 apples, cored but not peeled
3 dates, pitted
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
Pinch Celtic sea salt
1/2 cup blueberries

To make crust, in food processor blend almonds until they turn to powder. Add sea salt and olive oil. Blend well and spoon into pie dish, use back of teaspoon to flatten and even out. 

For the filling, blend apples, dates, flaxseed oil and sea salt. 
Spoon over crust, sprinkle with blueberries. Serve cold :)
