المقادير

كيلو قطائف
ربع كيلو جبن كيرى
الحشوة الحادقة
ثمن كيلو زيتون أسود مفروم
ربع كيلو جبن موتزاريللا
ثمن كيلو بسطرمة

الحشوة الحلوة

نص كوب تمر مفروم
كوب مكسرات محمصة مجروشة
نص كوب جوز هند مبشور
نص كوب سكر
معلقتين سمن
نص كوب زبيب

الطريقة

يقلب الزيتون مع الجبن الكيري لحد ما تبقى زى المعجون
تقلب الموتزاريللا مع البسطرمة بعد فرمها
تخلط مكونات الحشوة الحلوة معا 
تحشى القطائف بكل من الحشوتين وتقلى فى الزيت
ثم تصفى و تؤكل ساخنة وبالهنا والشفا



Ingredients :
For qatayef dough:

3,5 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of dry active yeast
1 tablespoon baking powder
pinch of salt
2,5 cups of water

the sweet filling:

half a cup of shredded coconut
half a cup of minced dates
half a cup of raisins 
half a cup of sugar
2 tablespoon soften butter
1 cup of toasted crushed mixed nuts

The savory filling:

half pound of mozzarella cheese
quarter pound of beef bacon
half pound of kiri cheese or any cream cheese
quarter pound of minced black olives

The sugar syrup:

2 cups of sugar
juice of 1 lemon
cup of water

Method:

you have to make the syrup before the qatayef and let it cool completely befor you dip the qatayef in

The qatayef dough:

mix all the dough ingredients and stil until Incorporated then let it in warm place until doubled in size then pour it on nonstick skillet like you make pancakes exactly but when the dough starts to make bubbles take it off the skillet and let it cook don't flip 
when you finished the qatayef dough let them cool completely

The filling - Sweet:
mix all ingredients together

Savory:
mix the mozzarella cheese and bacon together
mix the creamcheese and minced olive together to make a paste
then with teaspoon fill every qatayef with some of the filling then close it and the edges will stick together easily and fry in quite deep hot oil until golden brown then drain it on paper towel and dip the sweet ones in cold sugar syrup and serve hot
