Berries Tart

Berries Tart
Ingredients:

For the Tart base:

1 1/2 c flour
1 egg
pinch of salt
1/4 c sugar
100 gm butter cut in cubes

mix the ingredients & put in tart mould & ***enter freezer for at least 15 minutes
(this prevents the tart from decreasing in size during backing)

after cooling in freezer, make some holes with a fork & enter preheated oven
(200°C) for 20 minutes.

After cooling of the tart:

***brush the tart with a thin layer of apricot jam mixed with water .
(this is very important to prevent the tart from being soggy after adding the topping)

For the topping:

200 gm whipped cream
200 gm cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar

whipp the cream & add to it the creamcheese & sugar & add over the tart,
finally add your favourite Berries or fruits
