Ingredients Dough : 1 kg white flour 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp yeast Thyme mixture : Mix all the following in bowl: 6-7 tbsp of green thyme with sesame. 1/2 cup of olive oil 1 tbsp water Recipe Mix all dough ingredients and knead them by using lukewarm water. Divide dough into balls as you wish their size. Then roll balls into circles by using dough roller, then let circles to be rested and brewed. Grease backing tray with oil and sprinkle flour on its surface. Add thyme mixture to each piece (Manoushe), then transfer Manoushe to the backing tray. Heat the oven to 350 F= 180 C. Bake Manaeesh until have golden brown color.
