Ingredients:

1/2 kg fillet meat using electronic scale
Vinegar
1 cup sliced mushroom using silicone measuring cup
Salt & pepper using salt & pepper grinder
1 teaspoon cinnamon using 5 measuring spoon
1 teaspoon dried coriander using 5 measuring spoon
1tablespoon taco sauce using 5 measuring spoon
1 tablespoon complete black pepper using 5 measuring spoon
1 tablespoon flour using 5 measuring spoon
1 tablespoon butter using 5 measuring spoon

Directions:

Slice fillet meat using steak knife wash with water & vinegar , then tendered each piece using meat tenderizer.
Mix it with( salt , pepper , cinnamon , coriander , taco )
In favola nonstick casserole 2 handles heat butter ,with meat till turn brown , then add flour , with constantly stirring using spatula ,till it thicken, then add 2 cups of water , and leave it till tender , finally add mushroom.
Serve hot using skimmer with rice .
