Ingredients:
1/2 kg shrimps using electronic scale.
1 sliced red pepper using forged slicer knife.
1 sliced yellow pepper using forged slicer knife.
1 sliced green pepper using forged slicer knife.
1 sliced onion using forged slicer knife.
For preparing the sauce :
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon dried coriander
4 red chili peppers
1 tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon paprika
Then mix all these ingredients using onion chopper
Directions:
In casserole 2handles add shrimps , onion , red ,green , yellow peppers ,then add 3 tablespoons of Thailand sauce and cook it till tender for 15 min.
Serve it hot using slotted spoon with rice .
