Note: you can add what you want, like veggies or some low fat smoked meat
Ingredients (15 little pancakes = 3 servings):
- 4 eggs
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoon pesto
- 50 g low fat cheese
- 50 g wholemeal flour
- spices (fresh black pepper and a Italian mix)
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together
- fry/bake 15 pancakes
