Recipes :

1- yellow , red and green pepper
2- chicken breast fillet
3- Soya sauce or rochester sauce
4- Union and Garlic

Instructions :

1- cut the chicken into squares , add soya sauce , Garlic to the chicken and leave them for around 30 minutes
2-cut the pepper into thin strips  , the union as well .
3- heat a large frying pan , add oil , the chicken squares , soya sauce , garlic and union strips , cover the pan , turn down the heat and leave them , flip the chicken from time to time
4- on another frying pan , add the pepper with onion and garlic , leave them covered and turn the heat down a little for 10 minutes
5- when both are done , mix them together an keep the heat down .
