Ingredients

1 cup of yellow lentils

1 carrot
4 garlic cloves
1 onion medium size.
Seasoning(1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of cumin,1/2 tsp of turmeric)
Salt
Corn oil
4 cups of water
Fried Arabic bread

Recipe


Cut the onion, carrot and stir it with oil on the heat.

Add the yellow lentils, garlic cloves, water and the seasoning.
Leave it on the heat until becomes all of carrot and yellow lentils ready.
Turn off the heat, leave it to become cool then blend the mixture on the blender.
Heat the mixture again then pour it on the bowl and sprinkle chopped parsley and Arabic bread.
