ingredient:

1 bottle of plum chilli sauce
1 onion
4 cloves garlic greated
1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
1 chilli
strips of beef
3 coloured peppers
broccoli
2 carrots sliced
mushrooms
1 spring onion
salt and pepper.

Directions:

first fry the onion grate the garlic and ginger, add the chilli pepper for a few minutes.
Add the beef and stir, add salt and pepper to taste,
add the sliced carrots and mix in the plum chilli sauce
and leave to cook for about 20 mins.
Add broccoli in small pieces, sliced peppers and sliced mushrooms
and cook for about another 10 mins,
just before serving add the cut spring onions mix well and serve with rice.
