ingredient:
packet fettuchini pasta
2 chicken breast sliced
mushrooms
salt, pepper
chilli flakes
for the cheese sauce:
1 stick butter
2 heaped tablespoons flour
half litre milk
cheese
salt and pepper.
Directions:
fry chicken in a little oil, add salt pepper and chilli flakes, just before chicken is cooked add the mushroom and cook for a few mins, then put aside. cook pasta until cooked .
Melt butter remove pan of heat and add the flour and stir well, cook for a few mins on low heat then slowly add the milk, whisking all the time add the cheese salt and pepper to taste. add the chicken mushroom and pasta, mix well and cook for a further few mins and serve over chicken
