Ingredients (4servings):
- 1 avocado ( Must be soft)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tomato
- salt, pepper, garlic.

Directions:
- Cut avocado in 2 halves, remove the stone, and scoop out the flesh.
- Mash the avocado with a fork, add salt, pepper, garlic, juice from 1/2 lemon.
- Cut the inside out of the tomato, you just need the outer layer.
- Chop the tomato and add also.
- Mix everything together- done.
