Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 200c
Scrub the potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise,
then cut each half in thirds lengthwise
Place in a cold bowl of water for 15 min Drain

Spices:

1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
4 tablespoons good olive oil

Add all ingredients on the potatoes very well then add to a baking sheet
or a pan and place in the oven until crispy and golden
